Start Pack ($99)
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded or accessed the business system. Email [email protected] with your order reference to request one.
After you access the materials, or after 7 days, the Start Pack is non-refundable — the value is in the download itself.
Launch Pack ($399)
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if setup hasn't begun. Once we've started building your customized brand or website, refunds are on a case-by-case basis, calculated against the work completed.
If we can't deliver the first-three-customer support because of something on our side, we refund the portion of your purchase attributable to that support.
Support ($49/month)
Cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next month's charge. We don't refund partial months, and cancelling never removes anything you've already purchased.
Production bench fees
Bench production fees are paid per job. If the delivered work doesn't meet the agreed brief, we redo or refund the specific job.
