What we collect
When you buy a business, we collect the details you give us in the checkout form — your name, email, phone or WhatsApp (if provided), country, target market, and the business name and identity you plan to launch under. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers; we only see enough to match a paid order to your account.
We keep a copy of your order reference, the package you bought, and whether you added the monthly Support add-on. If you contact us by email, we keep that thread.
Why we collect it
- To set up and deliver the business kit you bought.
- To send you order confirmations and support messages.
- To handle payment, refunds, and any tax or accounting obligation on our side.
- To improve the product based on how buyers use it.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — payment processing. Governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosting and analytics.
- Resend / Formspree — email delivery, if configured.
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can email us to see what we hold on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records (paid orders, tax records) we may need to keep for a period required by law even after you ask us to delete.
